Herbarium Amoris (Herbarium of Love)
exhibition held at
The Treehouse in the Wellington Botanic Garden.
The exhibition featured about 40 bold closeup photographs of flowers by renowned Swedish
photographer Edvard Koinberg.
The photos are a tribute to Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus, who created the naming system for plants 300 years
ago that is still used today.
The exhibition in the Garden’s Treehouse Visitor Centre was open to the public from Friday 14 December, and ran
until 10 February. It was a free event.
