HERBARIUM AMORIS

PHOTO EXHIBITION

Part of the photo exhibition in The Treehouse illustrated above.

Herbarium Amoris (Herbarium of Love)
exhibition held at
The Treehouse in the Wellington Botanic Garden.

The exhibition featured about 40 bold closeup photographs of flowers by renowned Swedish photographer Edvard Koinberg.
The photos are a tribute to Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus, who created the naming system for plants 300 years ago that is still used today.
The exhibition in the Garden’s Treehouse Visitor Centre was open to the public from Friday 14 December, and ran until 10 February. It was a free event.

See www.herbariumamoris.se for further information

The photographs in the exhibition in many cases are reflective, and the following photos of the exhibition
feature people looking at the pictures, reflected in the pictures
.

The images also reveal much of the detail of the exhibition material.

Make sure you come to see the real thing!
